Prize Terms

In case of any disputes, SplashSpot.com's decision is absolute and final.

Spoint have no cash value of any kind.

Prize drawings are open to anyone over the age of 13 assuming this is legal in your area. If you are between the ages of 13-17, cash will be replaced with Gift Cards to whichever store SplashSpot so chooses. Please check your local laws in your area to ensure participation in our free cash/prize giveaways are lawful in your home town/ country. Prize drawings such as key chains, stress balls and other non cash prizes are ONLY open to US and Canada residents. Any entries entered in non cash prize drawings by non US or Canada residents will be void.

If a prize is not properly claimed via the prize claim form, including providing all information, within 30 days of date of win, SplashSpot reserves the right to not fulfill the prize win and the prize will not be shipped. This will be strictly enforced. Furthermore, SplashSpot.com reserves the right to change a prize won into something comparable if need be. Lastly, SplashSpot reserves the right not to send any prize at any time for any reason SplashSpot feels necessary.

SplashSpot reserves the right to delete any account, free or Gold, without any notice to the subscriber. SplashSpot also reserves the right to ban a user from SplashSpot.com site and games. When a Gold account is canceled, refunds for any monies paid to SplashSpot for services will be handled on a case by case basis, although SplashSpot reserves the right not refund a portion or all of the paid amount. Prizes won by a deleted account will not be sent and are forfeited. At no time can more than 1 person play on one SplashSpot account to acquire Spoints.

SplashSpot will not be held responsible for any technical difficulties of the site.

Any Gold only prize that is won and is valued at more than $100 requires that the winners Gold account must remain active for a minimum of 90 days from the date of win. Active meaning that the account must not be marked for cancelation. If the account is marked for cancelation or becomes inactive due to fraud, billing problems, or any other reason, SplashSpot reserves the right to not fufill the prize won.

Winner Selection

Spoints have no cash value.

When you trade your Spoints in for an entry for the days drawing, your name is entered 1 time into our drawing. If you are to buy 10, then 10 entries are added to the drawing in which you selected to be entered. The more entries you "buy," the better your chances to win the drawing. No member may win the monthly grand prize more than one time within a 6 month period. In the event of the same winner is selected for the monthly drawings more than one time within a 6 month period, the prize will not be filled byond the first drawing in that 6 month period. The member becomes eligible for monthly drawings again after 6 months from the date of the first monthly drawing win.

The daily drawing is held at 12:01 AM PST. The monthly drawing is held at 12:01 AM PST on the first day of each month. The 2 hour drawing is held every 2 hours on the hour. The winner will be notified via email. The winner will also be located on the winner's page located on the SplashSpot website.You are required to claim your money if you win. We do not require full information when you sign up and therefore will need full information about yourself including full name and physical address so that we may mail your winnings to you if you are selected as the winner. If you do not claim your Prize/Cash from any contest, section, drawing or aution within 30 days of being selected the winner of any drawing, SplashSpot.com reserves the right to deny payment and or shipment of these items. By entering yourself into the drawing, you are permitting SplashSpot.com to release limited info about yourself to the general public. This information may include first name, last initial, city/state/country in which you live as well as your age. Your full name and email will be kept 100% confidential.

SplashSpot Gold only options are only available online to SplashSpot Gold paying members. However, all prizes are open to US and Canada residents via mail in entry with no purchase necessary. To enter in any prize drawing send self addressed post card to:

The postcard must contain all of the following to be accepted for entry:

• SplashSpot Username
• Full name
• Date of Birth
• Mailing Address
• Email Address
• Phone number
• Which drawing you wish to enter
• End date of the drawing you wish to enter

You may enter as many times as you like. Each complete post card received will count as one entry in the specified drawing. You will not be notified of the results of the drawing unless you are selected as the winner.

Non Gold Members may also be eligible for the full amount of the progressive jackpot amount by sending in the same infomation as mentioned above. A postcard received will give 30 days of eligibility of winning the full amount. 30 days will run from date of postmark until 30 days from such date. Post cards must be sent in a minimum of 28 days apart.
